Travelers flying with British Airways will soon access fast wifi onboard without charge after a recent deal from SpaceX's space firm.

No-cost plus Fast Connectivity Available to Everyone

The airline announced that this complimentary, “reliable and lightning-fast” internet service through Starlink becomes offered for customers flying economy, premium economy, or first class as of next month.

Widespread Implementation Across Multiple Carriers

The parent firm of British Airways, the airline group, confirmed it had reached an deal with Starlink for providing wifi services across more than 500 aircraft within their operators, such as the Irish airline, Iberia, and Vueling.

British Airways noted that this rollout for the service formed part of a multi-billion pound “transformation” initiative and would provide uninterrupted wifi service for travelers starting at the gate to arrival, including when traveling over seas or far-off locations.
